We will never sell, share, or disclose your child's personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

All data is collected and processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Act 4 of 2013 of the Republic of South Africa. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your child's data at any time by contacting us at privacy@rugbyforge.co.za.

Data is stored securely and used solely to provide and improve the RugbyForge Athlete Development System. Performance data may be used in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the programme — your child will never be individually identifiable in any such analysis.
